HVAC SPECIALIST (OFFICE BUILDING ENGINEER)

Monthly Salary $4,870-$5,919

 

San Joaquin County is currently seeking applicants for the position of HVAC Specialist (Office Building Engineer) to be assigned to the Facilities Management Division of San Joaquin County's General Services Department. This position is responsible for the most complex maintenance/repairs in County institutional buildings and facilities.

Requirements include four years of progressively responsible experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of boilers, heating, ventilating and central air-conditioning and power equipment of the type usually found in large office buildings or industrial plants. Completion of a two-year college course in mechanical technology, which included the actual operation of boilers and air conditioning equipment, may be substituted for 1 year of the required experience.
