Cal Mill is seeking a qualified candidate for an Executive Assistant, reporting directly to the General Manager at its Turlock, CA location. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, act as liaison with customers, vendors, and staff, handle information requests, and steer high level information requests. Examples of duties would include, but are not limited to: preparing and distributing correspondence, perform clerical functions to ensure efficient operation, arrange and coordinate visitors, schedule meetings and travel, ensure customer needs are met throughout the process, and act as first level contact for all contact with General Manager. Candidate must have ability to provide exceptional customer service, make appropriate decisions after research, prepare and maintain accurate and complete records, type forty (40) WPM, and be able to interpret and communicate technical information. Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with focus in Word and Excel, developing and distributing correspondence, interpreting contracts, and ability to maintain high level communications with customers, vendors, and internal staff. The qualified candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years' experience in administrative work in a professional/office environment.
