The City of Patterson is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to perform professional and technical work relative to assigned areas of responsibility, such recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, labor relations, benefit administration, and risk management. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, high energy with a track record of working in all areas of human resources and able to work with people of varying personalities and backgrounds, and have excellent communications skills. Minimum Qualifications: Education: A Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources, public administration, business administration, or a related field; or an Associates’ degree with two years of additional work experience in either classification listed below. Experience: Three years of experience of responsible professional human resources administration experience as a Human Resources Analyst or five (5) years of experience working as a Human Resources Generalist. Professional Human Resources certification is desirable. Licenses: Possession of a valid Class C California Driver’s License.
