PROPERTY MANAGER
Property Manager Supervisor – Boise, ID
At least 5 years supervisory
experience in multi-family housing field. Experience must include successful dispute resolution, managing teams, managing multiple properties. Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects. Demonstrated
ability to create and implement new systems to improve efficiency. Prior experience developing rent collection process and collecting delinquencies. Demonstrated ability to solicit and analyze bids from
contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance. Demonstrated ability and experience in creating annual operating budgets for multiple portfolios. Prepare and analyze the property financial statements,
rent roll reports and variance reports. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate related field. CPM Designation- IREM required or obtainable within 1 year of hire.
Be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Travel on average 2-3 times per week within a 75-mile radius to property
sites. Review financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. Coordinate activities of property managers concerned with the pricing, maintenance objectives, retention of current customers, and the acquisition of new customers.
Supervise administrative activities directly related to the services provided. Prepare staff work schedules and assign duties. Monitor market rates and trends to set prices accordingly. Coordinate financial
reports and direct budgeting activities to fund operations and increase efficiency. Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for all managers who report to the Property Manager
Supervisor. i.e., procedures for the handling of customer's complaints. Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, and quarterly evaluations. Customize property management software and train all
staff on the customizations. Assist all property managers with planning and addressing all advertising and marketing needs. Review all property manager's advertisements bi-weekly for correct pricing, grammar,
spelling, and overall appearance. Maintain contact with insurance carriers, fire and police departments, and other agencies to ensure protection and compliance with codes and regulations. Send resume to:
