We are seeking a Member Service Representative III to work full-time in our Merced Office.
Duties include:
- Posting teller transactions
- Explaining and recommending products and services to members.
- Create and maintain business relationships with members and coworkers
- Open accounts for new members
- Process loan applications, interviews, and funding
- Assist in managing daily operations of the branch
- Work as part of a team that wants to provide the best banking service in town
Ideal candidate would have at least two years banking experience; possess a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and good communication skills. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred.
