Accounting Specialist
The Accounting Specialist for the Montana State University Alumni Foundation is a part-time position (20 hours/week) responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, donor gift processing, and general accounting tasks. Assigned duties require significant attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage a variety of accounting tasks. The Accounting Specialist reports to the Associate Director of Fund Administration. Desired candidates must have a high school diploma and 1+ years directly related experience or 2 years post-secondary education. Two years of bookkeeping, accounting, or data entry experience in a professional setting is preferred. Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Recruitment will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
