Position Summary |
The PCC Foundation is seeking its next Development Associate to provide key administrative support to the Foundation Board of Directors as well as Foundation staff. Under the direction of management, the Development Associate provides assistance to the Foundation by coordinating all aspects of board and committee meetings. Additionally, the Development Associate provides administrative support for management, exercising judgment and responding to complex and technically sensitive issues. The Development Associate plans and coordinates fundraising and stewardship activities such as smaller-scale special events, as well as recognition programs for donors and volunteers. As needed, the Development Associate writes and coordinates donor correspondence, including appeals and reports, and supports the creation of marketing and publicity materials. The first two steps of the range are: $50,821 to $52,343 per year. Higher salary placement may be available based on qualifications, experience and internal equity. |

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements |
Incumbents typically work in an office setting but may be assigned other duties such as transporting office supplies and equipment. Duties typically involve managing multiple priorities, handling interruptions, deadlines and other work pressures. Positions may involve occasional local travel and some evening and weekend work, including general event set up. Occasional lifting, guiding, or carrying of light-weight materials or equipment may be required. |
