Annual Salary Range: $39,915 - $71,904

The ideal candidate will have five (5) or more years of administrative office support experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and team environment.

- Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred; and
- Minimum of five (5) years of broad and progressively responsible administrative support experience.
Possession of a valid California Driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance and a satisfactory driving record because limited driving may be required.
Under the direct direction of the Executive Director, the Executive Administrative Assistant position plans, supervises, and participates in the daily operations and activities of StanCOG’s administrative office support; performs a wide variety of complex office administrative, logistical, and clerical duties in support of the Executive Director and other senior members of leadership; coordinates travel and daily schedules acting as the point of contact for clients and other external entities; compiles data and information relevant to project efficiency and profitability for senior team leaders.
This position receives general direction from the Executive Director. This classification does not supervise the work of others but may provide technical support to Administrative Assistant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include, but are not limited to the following:
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of StanCOG’s administrative support functions to the executive and senior team leaders and performs a variety of management and administrative duties, including specialized, confidential, and technical office support duties in support of the Executive Director. The position ensures that the Executive Director (primary) and other members of senior leadership are equipped with the necessary administrative and clerical support and schedule coordination to perform their jobs successfully with minimal unnecessary conflict. The work requires recommending and implementing office policies, procedures, and regulations and involves performing various research and administrative support functions.
