What you'll do:
Oversee the standard daily operation of this community health outpatient pharmacy Lead a staff of 5 that includes a staff pharmacist, technicians and an assistant. Participate as a member of our patient-centered health home team, which includes coordinating with other clinic departments, refilling medications through collaborative practice agreements, handling therapeutic interchanges, monitoring and ordering appropriate labs, and consulting with providers about medication treatment options Work Monday - Friday, either 8:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm; no weekends or holidays.

Your qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy Current WA State Pharmacist's License You are skilled in ordering, inventory and cost management activities, and are computer savvy You have experience supervising teams and are committed to developing a well-performing team Your two years of experience are a plus About YVFWC We serve more than 149,000 across 24 medical clinics, 12 dental clinics, 8 pharmacies, and 59 program sites in two states.
