Job duties will include but not limited to:

Assist in the training and development of all branch locations' employees, including ancillary products, insurance replacement and retail business

Identify and suggest improvements with branch consistencies

Proficient knowledge of all electronic processes including insurance authorizations, extensions, reservations, closing of contracts and bill-outs

Float between branches to give support where needed

Assist Branch Managers with accounts receivable, vehicle maintenance and other tasks

Accurate entry of rental contract information

Ensure a positive customer experience by effective management of rental process to include qualifying the renter, accurately completing contracts and ensuring a positive experience from beginning to end

Drive rental vehicles to our customers, collision centers, and insurance companies

Provide customers with expert advice on equipment selection, operation and maintenance

Answer customer calls and concerns

Provide assistance to customers with efficient and professional etiquette

Communicate all relevant customer feedback to Branch Manager in order to facilitate on-going changes in our service and prices to drive continuous improvement for our business

Support and service accounts (body shops, dealerships, etc.) by delivering cars and positively representing the company to customers of the accounts

Clean and service vehicles to current quality standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Protect company assets by adhering to company policies and procedures

Work with a positive attitude to enhance company's market presence and interoffice atmosphere

Effectively manage time to assure all company goals and rental deliveries are completed on time

Assist in meeting/exceeding ancillary goals

All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements:

Previous customer service experience very helpful

Proven time management skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Proficient computer skills

Positive and energetic personality

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail
