California Mill Equipment Company is seeking a qualified candidate for a Construction Project Manager at its Turlock, CA location. The Construction Project Manager will oversee each project from conception to the finished structure, interfacing with both the construction professionals and the customer. Ensure project stays within time and budgetary constraints, while maintaining quality standards. Job includes both hands-on and administrative duties. Act as customer liaison from project initiation to completion. Provide project reports and documents that are required. Oversee the entire project, including details like permit submission, design evaluations, talent and contract acquisition/management, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Must work well with various personalities and effectively bring team together to produce desired results, understand and develop budgets, have advanced knowledge construction project management practices, conveyance and structural assembly, and OSHA regulations. Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with course work in construction-related field and five (5) years of experience in project management, in a construction setting.
