DAIRY OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Local family business located in Hilmar has an excellent opportunity for a
self-motivated individual to manage & coordinate all the activities of the front office.
Responsibilities include:
The ability to accurately process invoices/payments to vendors in a timely
manner, prepare reports & perform other administrative/technical duties.
Qualifications
¶ Minimum 4 years' administrative office experience, demonstrated proficiency
in QuickBooks, Excel & Word
¶ Have strong verbal/written interpersonal communication & organizational
skills
¶ Be able to work independently
¶ Handle multiple priorities, exercise good judgement & handle confidential
information
¶ Must possess valid CDL and insurable DMV
